Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your GUTS and SOUR gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on most unworn apparel within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund has been processed.
